Welcome to VitaRain. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to VitaRain. VitaRain operates this online store and website, including the related information, content, features, tools, products and services made available through it (collectively, the "Services").
Our online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the eCommerce technology that enables us to offer the Services to you.
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and any other policies published on our website, govern your access to and use of the Services.
By visiting, browsing, placing an order or otherwise using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility and Account Information
By using the Services, you represent that you have reached the legal age required to enter into binding agreements in your jurisdiction, or that you are using the Services with the involvement and authorization of a parent or legal guardian where required.

Placing an order through VitaRain constitutes an offer to purchase the products included in your order. We reserve the right to accept, reject, limit or cancel an order where reasonably necessary.
We may contact you using the telephone number, WhatsApp number, email address or other contact details provided with your order if confirmation or additional information is required.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Once an order has entered preparation, fulfillment or shipping, we may not be able to accommodate a cancellation request.
Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled in accordance with our published Return & Refund Policy.
5. Prices and Currencies
VitaRain aims to provide clear pricing for its products and Services. Depending on your location and the settings available through our store, prices may be displayed in local or supported currencies.
Supported display currencies may include:

VitaRain may ship to Jordan and to international destinations supported by the store. Available shipping destinations, shipping fees and estimated delivery times may depend on your location and will be shown or calculated during checkout where available.
Orders are processed as quickly as reasonably possible and transferred to our shipping and delivery partners for fulfillment.
Estimated delivery dates are estimates rather than absolute guarantees. Delays may occur due to courier operations, customs procedures, public holidays, weather, incorrect customer information, force majeure or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
10. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by VitaRain's Return & Refund Policy.
Because VitaRain products include personal-care products, products that have been opened, used, damaged or altered by the customer may not be eligible for return except where the product was defective, damaged, incorrect or otherwise eligible under our Return & Refund Policy.
Customers should inspect their orders upon receipt and contact us promptly if an item is damaged, incorrect, missing or otherwise affected by an eligible issue.

We make reasonable efforts to keep information on our website accurate and current. However, the Services may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, availability, pricing, promotions, shipping charges or delivery estimates.

VitaRain is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, purchases made through our store are transactions directly between you and VitaRain.
Shopify is not the seller of VitaRain products and is not responsible for the fulfillment, quality, returns or other obligations arising from purchases made directly from VitaRain, except to the extent Shopify separately provides a service for which it is responsible.

Personal information collected through our Services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Because our store is hosted by Shopify, Shopify also processes certain personal information relating to your access to and use of the Services.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with the policies published on our website, constitute the agreement governing your use of the Services and supersede prior versions concerning the same subject matter.
24. Governing Law
These Terms and any separate agreements through which VitaRain provides Services to you are governed by the applicable laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
Subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply, disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the competent courts of Amman, Jordan.

We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. The most current version will be published on this page.
Continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
