At VitaRain, we are committed to providing a clear, reliable, and convenient delivery experience. This Shipping Policy explains where we ship, how orders are processed, how shipping charges are calculated, and what you can expect after placing your order.
Shipping Destinations
VitaRain ships within Jordan and may also provide international shipping to a range of Arab countries and other supported destinations.
Supported destinations may include, but are not limited to:

- Saudi Arabia
- United Arab Emirates
- Kuwait
- Qatar
- Bahrain
- Oman
- Palestine
- Iraq
Shipping availability may vary depending on the destination and the services available at the time of checkout. If your country or region is available for shipping, it will appear as an option during checkout.
Order Processing
Orders submitted before 2:00 PM Makkah Time, from Saturday through Thursday, excluding official holidays, will be processed as quickly as possible.
We aim to prepare and hand eligible orders over to our shipping partners within 48 hours.
Orders placed after the daily processing cut-off, on Fridays, or during official holidays may begin processing on the next available business day.

The shipping carrier used for your order may vary depending on your delivery location, service availability, package requirements, and other logistical factors.

International Orders
International delivery times and shipping charges depend on the destination country, city, and available carrier services.

Unless expressly included and displayed during checkout, any customs duties, import taxes, clearance charges, or similar charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

VitaRain is not responsible for delays or failed delivery attempts caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping information after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist before the order is handed over to the shipping carrier.
Receiving Your Order
We recommend checking the condition of your shipment upon receipt.
If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or is missing an item, please contact VitaRain customer service promptly so that we can review the issue in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Delays Outside Our Control
While we make every reasonable effort to process and dispatch orders promptly, shipping and delivery may occasionally be delayed by circumstances outside our control.
VitaRain will work with its shipping partners where possible to help resolve delivery issues, but estimated delivery times should not be considered guaranteed delivery dates.
